The serial and march unit commanders could be tasked to schedule, prepare, and conduct a convoy briefing that includes the following information:& &label1=The situation& &label2=The mission& &label3=The execution of the mission& &label4=Administration and logistics& &label5=Command and signal& &label6=Safety& &popText1=When you brief your convoy personnel on the situation, you will present an update on the situation, the enemy forces and the friendly forces that could impact your unit’s convoy.& &popText2=When you brief your convoy personnel on the mission of the order, you will present a current mission statement that should provide the who, what, when, where, and why of your convoy’s mission.& &popText3=When you brief your convoy personnel on the execution section of the order, you will present the details on how you expect the convoy to accomplish your assigned mission. This is your plan for conducting the convoy.& &popText4=When you brief your convoy personnel on the administration and logistics section of the order, you present the details on any administrative instructions and the logistical support expected for your convoy. This section should include the locations of available supplies and services.& &popText5=When you brief your convoy personnel on the command and signal section of the order, you will present information on the location of the convoy commander and your location in the convoy’s organization. The communications plan for the convoy should be explained here.& &popText6=When you brief your convoy personnel on the safety section of the order, you will present any specific safety instructions based on the risk assessment that you have completed for your convoy.&
